Where is my order?
Due to the varying nature of our postal service, please give your package 7 business days to arrive. If you haven’t received it by then, please contact hello@litrituals.com so we can see what is happening.

Once a package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the mail courier. If a package fails to deliver, goes missing or arrives damaged please file a claim with the mail courier which delivered the package. If you need information from our side of the situation we are more than happy to provide any documentation and support you may need. If a product arrives damaged we recommend taking photos not only of the damaged goods but of the packaging itself for liability reasons.
