A: Yes! Our herbal cigarettes (as well as all of our products) contain no tobacco, nicotine, marijuana or CBD.
Q: I have a question regarding the shipment of the order I placed. Who should I contact?

Q: My product arrived damaged or broken. What should I do?
A: Take photos/documentation of not only the damaged or broken product, but the shipping material in which it arrived. We are careful to safely wrap the products in proper shipping materials as well as to mark all shipments as "fragile". Once shipments leave our facility, it is out of our hands as to how they are treated in their travels to you. The best option to receive restitution is to file a claim with the currier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to receive compensation. We are more than happy to provide any documentation you may need to show proof of purchase.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do! We strive to offer low shipping costs, and always continue to review our international options. We currently offer USPS, DHL, & UPS shipping options.
